Welcome to The Special Folder
Foreword: The Special Folder is a communal site where Average Joes and Business Tycoons alike can gather and report about their unique work experiences they’ve gathered over the years.
Idea: “The Special Folder” refers to that special place where you keep E-mails or information that is most precious to you. You know what I’m referring to; those special occurrences that will oft make you shake your head in disbelief. The co-worker that does a backflip off of a break room table. That bit of Water Cooler gossip that is so farfetched and foreign to the norm that you feel the need to share. Finally, that happenstance that makes you question why you choose to work in a place surrounded by people of below-average intelligence. The folder can be an E-mail folder, a One-note, or simply just your mind.
How It Works: We will post the stories that we have accrued from our personal work experiences. We encourage readers to send us their stories as well to be published on the site. Do not be offended and/or discouraged if you are not posted right away; we receive a lot of submissions and we want to post the stories with the most content and highest entertainment value. If your story is not posted at first it could still pop up at any time in the future.
The Point:
- To accrue these special stories that need to be shared.
- To grow the site into a collection of the greatest work instances that have ever happened.
- To provide entertainment to our readers whether you read from home or in the workplace.
- To assist in making menial tasks more enjoyable by encouraging readers to look for and share their ridiculous experiences at work.

- Please realize that by sending us a submission you authorize the use of your story for publishing purposes.
